Deqing Hongxing Machine Factory was established in 1994. Main product include: PTFE ram extrusion machine for rod, PTFE ram extrusion machine for tube, PTFE sawing device, and different dies etc. At present 70% PTFE manufacturer choose ram extrusion machine from hongxing. Now we have more than 10 lines for produce dies for ram extrusion Die raw material we adopt 316 stainless steel, the die life about 3-5 years.
PTFE molding machine apply to produce sealing washer, idler wheel for microwave ovens, principal axis for microwave oven, presser foot for sewing machine, valve element for air conditioning valve element for air compressor, thin pist on ring, electronic insulators and T shape, circular, spherical and pure PTFE shaped and filled PTFE products.
At present we have 20 staffs, and mostly work in our factory more than 8 years.
We have started export business in 2013,till now we have export to Germany, Iran, Italy, Taiwan and India ect County. Machine have got CE certificate.
